Dialogue marketing - this means looking after customers, supporting them and acquiring new customers, in a personal conversation - usually by telephone.
You will work through all departments at our headquarters in Schwetzingen: HR, finance, IT, project teams and you learn how to

- Quality assurance and management

At the end of your training, you will be specialists in customer service and will be able to complete advanced training courses with the IHK qualification as a personnel specialist (IHK) or business economist (IHK).
